Drain the cashews. Put all ingredients in the food processor and 'process' until complete or until it is the consistency you prefer.
*I also made this with curry powder one night which tasted so yummy!

Raw Ice "Cream"
Ingredients:
  • 5 Frozen Bananas (be sure to peel these before you put them in the freezer)
  • 1/3 c. of raw cacao beans
  • 1/3 c. of water
  • 1 bag of frozen mixed berries (strawbs, rasps, and bluebs!)
Instructions:
Mix everything together in your blender or food processor. It is a little difficult to get going so be patient and continue to stir it
